Coaching Programs

Executive 6 Month Coaching Program
This program includes 24 hours of individual coaching sessions and incorporates a thorough self-assessment (written and scorable instruments), front and back end subjective 360s (with up to 12 participants) and the development of a fully customized development plan.

Individual Coaching Bucket
Total number of sessions (lasting 1-2 hours each) is determined by the executive and utilized over a period of one year. The content of this program is fully customized to the needs and preferences of the recipient.

Climate Survey

How well is your team doing?  How could your team members be more efficient, inspired or effective?  Customized Climate Surveys provide leaders with specific information about how well their teams are functioning and what could be done differently to improve overall performance and employee satisfaction.

Customized Programs
A variety of other coaching-related services are available including executive assimilations, climate surveys, customized group work and fully customized programs.
